How to Meal Plan and Make a Grocery List in Google Keep

Guys-one of the best things you can do for your health in terms of diet is to make an effort to cook healthy whole foods at home.

It’s just healthier than eating out or ordering takeout because you are in control of the ingredients and how they are cooked.

Of course, cooking at home requires meal planning and grocery shopping. Planning ahead saves time and reduces decision fatigue at dinner time.
